Nestled on 140 amazing mountain acres near The Smoky Mountains, Smoky Mountain Deer Farm & Exotic Petting Zoo is a unique animal exhibit. You will encounter quite a few species of animals that can be just as interesting. Children and grown-ups alike have been flocking to the Deer Farm and Petting Zoo for more than a decade to feed and get face to face with a menagerie that boasts quite a unique bunch of residents, including camels and zebras, kangaroos and llamas, ferrets and reindeer. They even have pony rides for the little ones.

Smoky Mountain Deer Farm has a diverse collection of pet and feed deer, goats, camels, reindeer, sheep, exotic cattle, zebra, monkeys, kangaroos, wallabies & much more! Even seen prairie dogs. Pony Rides fenced-off pony trail riding for kids.  Deer Farm exotic petting zoo offer pony rides in Fenced-off pony trail riding for kids. Their ponies are sweet and gentle.

Petting Zoo is open daily year-round (weather permitting) 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Last ticket sales suggested no later than 4:00 p.m.) and is closed thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

There is a gift shop on the premises where you can browse through a multitude of items from souvenirs to apparel and collectible animal figurines.

The admission price for adults (13+) is $10.95, children (3-12) is $5.95. You can get a souvenir feed price of 22 ounce glow in the dark souvenir cup for $2.50 with unlimited 1/2 price refills.
