Mynatt Park is the biggest, oldest, and most complete municipal recreational site in Gatlinburg. It is located a couple of miles away from the northern side of the city at traffic light #8.
Mynatt Park provides pretty much all of the amenities that you might want in a park. It has nine picnic tables, swing set, drinking fountain, restrooms charcoal grills for some barbequing fun time in a shaded section alongside a beautiful stream . The stream runs from The Smoky Mountains.
A large covered pavilion is available for group use, basketball court, six tennis courts, horseshoe pits, children playground equipment at two sites, a baseball field. there's even a romantic gazebo close to the pavilion and is ideal for weddings. children trout stream. weddings are held at a beautiful gazebo by the river.
Mynatt Park is a great favorite with the local population, it is well maintained and surely you would enjoy the time you spend there.
